Personal Training




We provide each individual with a customized training program strategically designed to fit each individuals needs. Before the start of the program we do an

individual assessment on the participant to make sure we design a program to fit the individuals need to achieve maximum results.

With over 20 years experience working with all ages and levels from 3 years old and up I can help you achieve the results that you desire. The program will consist of advanced basketball training drills along with mental training techniques and a strength and conditioning program designed to help maximize your results. Nutrition and goal setting tips will be a part of each training package along with John Wooden’s pyramid of success program.

Homework training schedules will be given to each participant to maximize results in between training sessions. Each training session will take place at your home or at a neutral location close to you.
